All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been accepted. The contract between us is formed at the point of this confirmation.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store card details.

Shipping

Returns & refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Faulty or damaged goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us at hello@elvaskin.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elva Skin Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
