We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how we handle returns.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason required. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@elvaskin.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
How to return
- Email hello@elvaskin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return and provide the return address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
- Send it back using a tracked service — you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
Condition of returns
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products, or items where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@elvaskin.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.
